    I was really pleased with Method Hardscape. They did a quality job, on a timely basis, for a reasonable cost. I had another bid for the work from another contractor, where the price seemed out of line and communication was challenging. I was connected with Mitch and asked Method to give me another bid. After working with Mitch to figure out the correct scope of work, their bid was right around where I expected it to be. As it turned out, after a search there were no materials that perfectly matched what was being replaced (and what was adjacent to the work). We agreed on a reasonable change of scope and Method was more than fair, even generous, on the price adjustment. Also I found after most of the work was done that I had a particular preference on the completion, which they accommodated even though it hadn't been discussed previously. In all, because they were professional, skilled, and communicated well, the work had an excellent outcome at a fair price.
